How to purchase badges for MagicCon: Amsterdam
Growtix has evolved into Leap Conventions. If you previously had a Growtix account, you can use the same links and logins to access your account. All the information below will direct you to their new platform.
Prepare before purchase:
STEP 1: Create a New Account or Log In! Click here to access Growtix. If you have attended a past MagicCon or already have an account, select the “click here to login” option. If you receive the error, “A user already exists with that email address”, please return to the login page and reset your password.
If this is your first MagicCon, simply enter your name, email and create a new password. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once confirmed, you will be ready to purchase badges when they go on sale.
STEP 2: Review your Dashboard! Here you’ll find your name, email, and all recent orders. Once you purchase MagicCon: Amsterdam badges or ticketed play events, they will be added to your dashboard. Each purchase will appear as an individual transaction. Click the green “View All Orders” button to see more.
STEP 3: Purchase your MagicCon: Amsterdam Badge! Starting January 30, at 3:00 PM (CET), click here to buy your badge. Add badges to your cart, select merchandise, fill out your payment information, and hit submit.
Congratulations, you’re going to MagicCon: Amsterdam! Please note that all badges and merchandise will be available for onsite pick-up only. No badges or merchandise will be shipped in advance. Badge pick-up hours and location will be posted as we get closer to the event.
Additional badges and Merchandise Purchase Information
- All attendees aged 6 and up must purchase a badge to attend MagicCon: Amsterdam. Children aged 5 and under may attend for free with a paid adult badge. Kids ages 6 - 12 pay a reduced price.
- Children aged 5 and under are not eligible for the merchandise or benefits included with their parent and/or guardian’s badge package. Please note, all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.
- All MagicCon: Amsterdam badges must be picked up onsite at Registration/Will Call. Badge pick-up hours and location will be posted as we get closer to the event.
- All official MagicCon: Amsterdam pre-order merchandise purchased must be picked up onsite. Merchandise will not be mailed out in advance or after the show. You may pick up your pre-ordered merch at Will Call. To pick up your merch, please provide a form of ID, an order number, and your MagicCon: Amsterdam badge to the Will Call team, and they can happily assist you in securing your items. If there are any concerns regarding your merch, please notify the Will Call staff or contact us via email: [email protected]
- Merchandise/Product included in the purchase of an admission badge package will also be available for onsite pick-up only. Merchandise will not be mailed out post-event. Please look for directional signage when you arrive and make sure you pick it up before the show closes.
- Cancelation/Refund Policy: Please make your badge selections carefully. Once purchased, MagicCon: Amsterdam badges are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded.
- Please read and ensure you can comply with the event Health & Safety policy prior to making your purchase. We are unable to refund badges due to policy non-compliance.
