Entry Procedures
DAILY ENTRY TO MAGICCON: AMSTERDAM
The doors to MagicCon open Friday - Sunday at 8:30 AM for badge pick up at Registration/Will Call in Hall 2. The Show Floor will open daily at 10:00 AM.
You will need a MagicCon: Amsterdam Badge to attend the event. There are limited MagicCon: Amsterdam badges available! Buy yours today!
Start your MagicCon adventure at Entrance K of the RAI Amsterdam, just a few steps away from the Metro station. Doors open daily at 8:30 AM. All attendees will need to pass through security and bag checks before they may enter the building, so make sure to review the cosplay weapons and props policy in our helpful FAQ.
Badges and merchandise included with your badge package may be picked up at Registration/Will Call in Hall 2.
Save time, don’t wait in line! Take advantage of early badge pick up on Thursday, June 27 from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. You may pick up your badge and merchandise included with your badge package.
Registration/Will Call Hours:
- Thursday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Please bring your QR code confirmation email and a photo ID to pick up your badge.
The Show Floor opens at 10:00 AM daily.
Once you have your badge, continue to the Free Play & Morning Queue area and follow the signage for morning entry. You may choose to wait at one of the Free Play tables or queue up for first entry at 10:00 AM.
MagicCon: Amsterdam is going to be a big event so make sure you plan ahead! If you have a ticketed play event starting before 11:00 AM we strongly encourage you to take advantage of early badge and merchandise pick-up starting at 8:30 AM and enter the morning queue as soon as you arrive.
BLACK LOTUS VIP DAILY ENTRY
All Black Lotus VIP badge holders should proceed directly to the Black Lotus Lounge in Cafe Amsterdam to pick up their badge and merchandise included in the badge package.
Enter MagicCon via Entrance K, bypass the lines at Registration/Will Call and proceed directly to Cafe Amsterdam.
You will need your QR code confirmation email and a photo ID to pick up your badge and merchandise.
Black Lotus Lounge Hours:
- Thursday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Black Lotus VIP badge holders may enter the Show Floor starting at 9:00 AM Friday - Sunday! Please visit the Black Lotus Lounge if you arrive prior to 9:00 AM to queue up for the Show Floor.
PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE PICK UP
All attendees may pick up their pre-order merchandise from the Official Show Store in Hall 1 starting at 10:00 AM daily. Black Lotus VIPs may pick up their merchandise from the Show Store starting at 9:00 AM daily. Pre-order merchandise is not available for pick up at Registration/Will Call or in the Black Lotus Lounge.
Please look for the “Pre-Order Merch” line when you arrive at the Show Store and bypass the general line.
You will need your QR code confirmation email and a photo ID to pick up your pre-order merchandise.
