*Events on the Mana Stage and Meet and Greets are accessible on a first-come, first-served basis. All events have a capacity, so we encourage you to get there early!

Badge FAQ
All attendees age 10 and up must purchase a badge to attend MagicCon: Amsterdam. Children age 9 and under may attend for free with a paid adult ticket. You may request a complimentary child credential when you arrive onsite at Registration/Badge Pick Up.
Youth badges may be purchased by attendees age 10 - 15. All attendees 16 and older must purchase an adult badge to attend MagicCon: Amsterdam.
Children age 9 and under are not eligible for the merchandise or benefits included with their parent and/or guardian’s badge package. Please note, all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.

Tutti i partecipanti dovranno ritirare i loro badge del MagicCon: Amsterdam in loco al RAI Amsterdam. I partecipanti riceveranno il merchandise associato al biglietto quando ritireranno il proprio badge. Per ritirare il merchandise preordinato o eventuale merchandise aggiuntivo, ti basterà visitare il negozio ufficiale dell'evento e portare con te la conferma dell’ordine e un documento d’identità con fotografia valido. Il merchandise non verrà spedito né prima né dopo l’evento.

Non possiamo spedire i badge o il merchandise del MagicCon: Amsterdam. I partecipanti potranno ritirare tutti gli articoli in loco una volta arrivati.

Ticketed Merch Pick-Up hours

Please make your badge and ticketed play event selections carefully. Once purchased, MagicCon: Amsterdam badges and Ticketed Play Events are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded.
Merchandise included in your badge package will be available for onsite pick up only. If you do not pick up your merchandise prior to the show close, you forfeit ownership of the merchandise. We are unable to mail badge package merchandise to you post-event and you are not entitled to a refund.
