RAI Amsterdam Accessibility

We believe it is important that RAI Amsterdam is accessible to everyone. For that reason, RAI Amsterdam has special facilities to receive visitors with reduced mobility or disabilities as easily as possible. Please find all details about RAI Amsterdam Accessibility, here RAI Amsterdam is accessible to everyone | RAI Amsterdam.

It is possible to borrow a wheelchair. A reservation is needed and can be made by sending an email to [email protected] and providing us with the following information:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Pick up date
  • Event / trade name

Your reservation is complete after the confirmation e-mail. A deposit of € 50.00 cash and a valid ID is mandatory.

The person using the wheelchair will need to show a valid disability card and will need to pay for their own ticket.
