Badge Pick Up, Merchandise, and Morning Queue

Daily Entry

Start your MagicCon adventure at Entrance K of the RAI Amsterdam, just a few steps away from the Europaplein Metro station. Doors open daily at 8:30 AM. All attendees will need to pass through the security bag check before they may enter the building, so make sure to review the cosplay weapons and props policy in our helpful FAQ.

Once you are through security check, head up the escalators to the Elicium Ballroom on level 1 to pick up your badge(s) and merchandise included with your badge purchase. Look for directional signage to “Badge/Registration and Ticketed Merch Pick Up” when you enter the lobby.

You must wear your badge on a lanyard around your neck at all times during the show. Your digital confirmation code will not be accepted as show floor access.

If you purchased multiple daily badges, you will be able to pick all of them up at once when you visit Registration.  While in the Elicium Ballroom, you can also grab a wristband for limited Meet and Greets* or pick up fun Fan Flair for your badge.

Due to popularity, select Meet & Greets will require a wristband to participate. Meet & Greets requiring a wristband will be labeled with ‘Wristband Required’ in their session title. For details on how to obtain a wristband, please review the Meet & Greet Schedule page.

Meet & Greet wristbands will be distributed the morning of the scheduled Meet & Greet in the Elicium Ballroom on Level 1 in the same ballroom as Badge and Ticketed Merch pick up. Please follow signage to the Wristband Distribution Booth. Distribution begins every event day at 8:30 AM and is open until all wristbands have been distributed throughout the day.

*Black Lotus Entry

When you arrive at the RAI Amsterdam, please look for the designated Black Lotus Entry door to the left of the main entrance. You can enter the Black Lotus Lounge at 8:30 AM for badge pick up and to join your early access (9:45 AM) queue.

Your badge and the merchandise included in your badge package will be available for pick up in the Black Lotus Lounge only.
